Brew Guide: Clever Dripper
The design of the Clever Dripper combines the rich flavor of full immersion brewing with the clarity achieved from a drip filter. As the coffee steeps, the grounds settle to the bottom while your timer counts down. When you're ready to serve, simply place the brewer on top of your mug or decanter, and the coffee will drain into your chosen container.

Step 1: Start off by folding the edges of the filter paper
Step 2: Place the filter paper nicely into the Clever Dripper. It should align nicely along the edges
Step 3: Add hot water to rinse the paper filter and warm up the dripper
Step 4: Drain the water into a decanter to warm it up for use later
Step 5: Weigh and grind out 12.5g for single cup brews.
Step 6: Shake lightly to level the coffee grounds in the dripper
Step 7: Pour 2-3 times amount of water to your grounds used to saturate the coffee
Step 8: Pour the remaining water in a consistent circular manner and cover the dripper
Step 9: Let it steep till 2.30min and use a spoon to stir lightly
Step 10: Decant the coffee over the warmed up coffee server and enjoy the brew!
