Started by Singapore Barista Champion Hee Wei and his wife, Eve, Olla has grown over the years from their early days operating from a coffee cart and opened up their flagship cafe in the nostalgic neighbourhood at Clementi on the western end of our island, with a 2nd outlet at Woodleigh Mall in May 2023. Mixing up their popular waffles, light bites and top notch coffees brewed by passionate baristas, they have quickly established themselves as a favourite amongst the residents.
A coffee shop founded on the founders’ passion for specialty coffee, Percolate opened its doors in March 2014 in the heartlands of Bedok, Singapore. The meaning and philosophy behind Percolate, other than being literally the act of coffee brewing, but also curators of exceptional coffees and other fine artisanal goods.
Originating from Everton Park, Dearborn has been our neighbours for years before their latest project at New Bahru. Helmed by chef Chris Kong and wife, Kristy, this dynamic duo have managed to create a beautiful and welcoming space to the nearby residents and tourists alike. Combining a delicious breakfast and brunch menu with our coffee always seem like the perfect match.
