☕ Full-Time Barista
You'll be part of the daily rhythm of Nylon - preparing coffee, serving guests, maintaining our standards, and helping create a enjoyable experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

We're looking for someone who:

• Pays attention to detail
• Works well in a team
• Is eager to learn and grow

Coffee experience is appreciated, but attitude and willingness to learn matter even more.

🌱 Barista cum Roastery Assistant
A role for someone who's curious about coffee beyond the bar.

You'll split your time between the coffee bar and the roastery, supporting coffee preparation, roasting operations, packing, quality control, equipment maintenance, and the many behind-the-scenes processes that bring our coffees to life.

You'll enjoy this role if you:
• Love hands-on work
• Have an eye for detail and consistency
• Tremendously organised and dependable
• Want to deepen your understanding of coffee from roasting to brewing

Previous roasting experience isn't required—we'll teach the right person.
