How does the coffee subscription work?
The coffees are roasted on the first Tuesday of every month unless communicated otherwise through our social media channels.
To ensure you’ll receive the coffees for the next month, you’ll have to sign up by 28th of the current month. For example, if you would like to start receiving your coffee subscription in December, then you will need to sign up by 28 Nov.
The monthly subscription charges will be billed to your credit card automatically on the day of your purchase unless such day is not applicable for that month. For example, if you start your coffee subscription on 31 January, the next billing will be 28 February.

How often will I receive my coffee?
We send out the subscription coffees on the first Wednesday of every month. If the first Wednesday of the month falls on a public holiday, we will ship the coffees out the next working day.
What do I get with my filter subscription?
Every month, we will select a coffee that might be an exclusive micro-lot, or a new coffee that is not launched on our webshop.
You can choose to order 1, 2, 3 or even 4 bags per month. For subscribers of our 2, 3 or 4 bags option, you will receive that month’s subscription coffee, as well as another 1/2/3 different coffees chosen from our current lineup of filter coffees. Each bag ranges from 200g to 250g depending on the coffees that we have curated for that month.

For subscribers of our 2, 3 or 4 bags option, you will receive that month’s subscription coffee, as well as another 1/2/3 different coffees chosen from our current lineup of filter coffees. How long does it take for the coffee to reach me?
For local courier shipping service, the packages should be delivered within 1-3 working days from courier pick up date. We use different courier providers which offer tracking service for local deliveries. The estimated delivery timings are provided by the respective couriers and we are unable to guarantee against any potential shipping delays.
International orders should be delivered within 2-4 working days for countries within Southeast Asia, and 5-8 working days for Rest of the World for DHL from shipping date. For countries with Economy Shipping option, your order should be delivered within 7-30 working days. The estimated delivery timings are provided by the courier companies and may be subject to customs clearance delays. We are unable to guarantee against any potential shipping delays or loss in transit. You may use the tracking number to follow your shipment status for more updates.

How much does it cost?
It ranges from $25 - $90 for 1 - 4 bags, depending on the type of subscription (Filter/Espresso/Combo) chosen. Local shipping with tracking is included for all subscriptions within Singapore.
The price for overseas subscription orders is the same as the above + international shipping charges based on the weight.

Can I change the details of my order?
In order to change the shipping address, you may visit your account page to update your subscription information and bag quantities.
Is there a binding period?
There is no binding period, you may cancel your subscription at any time you wish under 'My Account' settings.
Can I choose espresso coffees for the coffee subscription?
Yes, you may select our newly rolled out espresso subscription option, or select the filter + espresso option for the best of both worlds.

Can I pause/skip a renewal?
If you would like to pause/skip a renewal, you can login to "My Account" and make the changes before the next recurring charge goes through on your payment.
