 La Flor de la Palma

William started working in coffee cultivation in 2008, planting varieties such as Catimor, Typica, and Caturra. Despite coffee farming did not earn him as much income as he had hoped for, he continued to persevere. In 2020, he took a leap forward to invest in more exotic varieties such as Geisha. It was a big challenge because he had to adapt the plants to the farm and deal with pest problems such as rust and anthracnose, which had a significant impact on the crop. With effort, learning and dedication, he overcame these difficulties, and today, he continues to work with the same passion, always seeking to improve the quality of his coffee.

This coffee was sourced through Chacra, our sourcing partner in Peru.
