Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions
Gift vouchers are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Recipients can use the gift vouchers as payment on our online store or physically at our coffee bar. Every purchased gift voucher contains a unique code in the email which can be sent to the recipient. Redeem the gift voucher by entering the code at checkout from our webshop or providing the 16 character code upon ordering in-store. The final amount after redemption will be reflected, with the remaining balance on the gift card, if applicable, shown at checkout or through an email update if used in-store.
This gift voucher is non-refundable and has no expiry date.
Can I use the voucher to pay for coffee drinks in store?
Yes, simply present your gift voucher for us to scan the QR code or key in the 16 character code to redeem the amount used.
What happens if I lose the 16 character code?
You can contact us by email and we will attempt to retrieve your voucher code using the email address/phone number that was used to purchase it.
Can I use the gift voucher to pay for subscription?
No, the gift voucher cannot be redeemed for subscription. However, you can purchase a fixed term subscription plan as a gift for your friend or loved ones.
