Ethiopia Kaffa Bita

Nestled among high-altitude mountains and lush valleys, Kaffa is home to some of the most ancient coffee varieties. The region’s long-standing farming culture and distinct micro climate contribute to its unique flavour profile.

This is the 2nd time that we have bought coffees from this region in our history and we find that it has a syrupy texture on top of the familiar flavours from Ethiopian coffees. Enjoy it as a espresso on it's own for the lively acidity and a dense tactile in the aftertaste. Paired with milk, expect to an orange milk tea like flavours.
