El Salvador Las Cascadas

Melvin is a young, small producer who, passionate about coffee, began working his plot a few years ago in 2019 after seeing the excellent results of the producers in the area. Today he has the entire area of his farm cultivated with the Pacamara variety. He has
spent a lot of time learning and training in processing so today and he himself processes his coffee and dries it in the 20 raised beds he already has on the same farm. The name of the farm is Las Cascadas due to the amazing waterfalls that are found in it.

This is the first time that we met and worked with Melvin and is truly very excited to be able to share the fruits of his labour with our customers. You will find a truly fruit forward Pacamara in the cup, with good sweetness and structure that lets you enjoy from hot to cold.
