Airflow Coffee Scale

We have tried many scales and came across these scales from Airflow that stands out for its minimalist design and affordability and build quality. With the ability to weigh in 0.1g increments, all the way up to 2kg, it is perfect for weighing and brewing coffees, for both espresso or filter coffees alike. A weighing scale that will greatly improve the consistency and accuracy of your brews.

There are multiple brewing functions on the scale, which can be cycled through easily with double-tapping the tare button. They include:

• Automatic Brew Mode: Suitable for pourovers, there is an auto-start timer feature upon detection of brew water added.
  
  
• Espresso mode: Upon weighing your dose for a shot, the scale will register and save the coffee weight. Timer auto-starts upon detection of first drop, with real time coffee:water brew ratio displayed based on output in the cup.
