Step 1: Prepare the brew by boiling enough water on your kettle for rinsing and brewing
Step 2: Do a quick rinse of the filter paper to remove papery taste and warm up the dripper
Step 3: Weigh out and grind your coffee, aiming for a medium coarseness, and add it to the brewer. Tap the sides of the dripper to level out the coffee bed
Step 4: Place the brewer on your decanter onto your scale and tare before starting your brew
Step 5: Start your timer and bloom the coffee by pouring slowly on the dry grounds to saturate the coffee, using about 2-3 times water to the amount of coffee used.
Step 6: Let it bloom for 30-40s before starting to pour in spiral till about 110g
Step 7: Continue the next pour by pouring gently to 160g
Step 8: Pour till the target weight in the last pour and let it finish dripping
