Brew Guide: Moka Pot
Start off your coffee journey with this fan favourite that doesn't require much equipment. An italian favourite that produces excellent black coffee that is close to an Americano and also works well with those who enjoy adding milk to their coffees.

Step 1: Grind 13g of coffee for single cup and up to 20-22g for 6 cups
Step 2: Fill the bottom chamber of the moka pot with boiling water until it is level with valve
Step 3: Fill the funnel with the ground coffee, leveling the grounds and wiping the funnel’s rim clean, without tamping
Step 4: Screw the moka pot’s spouted top on tightly
Step 5: Place the moka pot on a stove over medium heat
Step 6: As the water approaches a boil, the pressure will push the coffee into the upper chamber
Step 7: Remove the moka pot from the heat once you hear the hissing, gurgling sound
Step 8: Lift the cover and let the moka pot cool down slightly before pouring
Step 9: Enjoy the coffee!
