LOCAL SHIPPING
Who do you use for local shipping

We are currently using Qxpress for all deliveries within Singapore. Any purchases above $50 will also enjoy free 1-3 days local shipping upon checkout. Once we send out the parcel, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number for you to check the status of the delivery.

For Qxpress shipments, please use http://www.qxpress.net.


When will the coffee be sent?

All our coffees are roasted to order. We currently roast twice a week on Wednesdays and Fridays. When orders are received before 6.00pm on the day prior to the next roasting day, your order will be included into the next roasting day and we will send out the coffee a day after the roast date. For example, if you order the coffee by Tuesday 6.00pm, we will include your order in Wednesday’s roast and coffees will be sent out on Thursday.

Orders received from Wednesday to Sunday will be sent out at the next earliest date where stocks last. If you need your coffees earlier, feel free to email us with your request and we will try our best to fulfil where possible. There will be no courier pickup on Sundays and public holidays.

If we have existing stocks of the coffee(s) ordered, we can send out earlier, but this is subject to availability.


How long will it take for the coffees to arrive?

For local courier shipping service, the packages should be delivered within 2-4 working days. The estimated delivery timings are provided by Qxpress and we are unable to guarantee against any potential shipping delays. You may use the tracking number to follow up for more updates.


Can I order online and pickup my order from your shop?

You can opt to pick up your purchases at our shop by choosing the option to pickup in-store upon checkout. In general, you can collect your order after 11am on the day after the next roasting day for any coffee purchases. For example, if your order reaches us before 6.00pm on Tuesday, your order will be roasted on Wednesday and collection can be done after 11am on Thursday.

In any case, we will email you to inform you of the earliest collection date.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we are working with DHL and Singapore Post to serve all our international shipping requirements. Our website currently supports all international shipping via DHL or Economy Shipping via Singapore Post. Once we send out the parcel, we will email you with a tracking number that you can check on www.dhl.com or www.singpost.com depending on the shipping option you have chosen.

For other countries not in the list, please send your enquiry regarding your international order at hello(at)nyloncoffee.sg before you place your order with the details of your order and shipping address. We will revert back with a shipping quote.

How long will it take for the coffees to arrive?

The packages should be delivered within 2-4 working days for countries within Southeast Asia and 5-8 working days for Rest of the World for DHL from shipping date. For countries with Economy Shipping option, the packages should be delivered within 7-30 working days. The estimated delivery timings are provided by the courier companies and subject to any customs holdups. We are unable to guarantee against any potential shipping delays. You may use the tracking number to follow your parcel's status on DHL/Singpost website for more updates.

International Customs, Duties and Taxes

International shipping rates cover shipping charges only. Please note that duties, taxes and carrier brokerage fees are not included in your order amount at checkout. Duties and taxes may be due to the parcel carrier upon delivery. These fees will be assessed by the parcel carrier, and must be paid by the order recipient. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates that are beyond our control.
